Tangy Herb Bulgar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked bulgar wheat

  • 2 cups halved grapes

  • 1 cup diced cucumber

  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/2 cup diced celery

  • 1/3 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Tasty Bases Tangy Herb

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
Mix everything in a bowl, toss gently and enjoy a salad that’s fresh, vibrant and totally Instagram-worthy. Perfect for lunch, brunch or a picnic with your girlfriends!
