Citrus Honey Ceviche
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh white ocean fish, diced
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup diced peach, mango, or pineapple
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 finely diced jalapeño (optional)
1 cup Tasty Bases Citrus Honey
Tortilla chips
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer it marinates, the firmer and more “cooked” the fish becomes. Serve with tortilla chips for a tropical, zesty snack.
